Hello to Fellow Homeowners!
We have finally collected all 2010 Dues except one, and we have filed a lien for the one remaining outstanding dues payment. Hopefully, that lien will be satisfied soon. Thanks to the rest of you who paid in a timely manner.
Just an early reminder that there will be a general meeting of the Cedar Oaks Estates Homeowners Association in October. Billings for 2011 dues will be distributed at that meeting and the balance of the billings will be mailed soon after the meeting. Those dues in the amount of $125 will be due on January 1, 2011. Additionally, at the Annual meeting in October, new officers will be elected. Please consider stepping up and getting involved by offering to become an officer or on the Board of Directors.
