I notice the for sale sign is finally down for the house on Frderick that has been vacant and up for sale for quite some time.

I hope it was sold and will soon have residents in it.

The house at 1041 Frederick Lane sold and the sale closed on 1/25. The new owner is named Maria Wenzl. I'm sure that everyone is glad to see that it has sold and will welcome new owners.
