Good Day Homeowners:
It has been brought to our attention that in our
restrictions (Article 4) prohibits the placement of signs in
our yards other than to market our property. Since this is
an election year I think it appropriate to allow political
signs with the requirement they are to be removed within 7
days following the election. If you have any questions or
concerns feel free to contact me.
